We currently deliver orders exclusively within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

All orders are handled through our U.S.-based fulfillment network and shipped using established national carriers. Processing times and delivery estimates may vary slightly depending on destination, operational volume, and carrier conditions.

Shipping Options & Costs

For deliveries within the United States, the following shipping methods are available:

  • Free Standard Shipping — $0.00 USD on all orders
  • Insured Shipping + Priority Processing — $4.95 USD
  • Priority Express Shipping — $9.95 USD

Orders that include Insured Shipping + Priority Processing or Priority Express Shipping are prioritized during internal handling and include shipping protection coverage where applicable.

Processing Time: 0–2 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time are handled on the following business day.

Processing time refers to internal handling, including order verification, preparation, packaging, and transfer to the carrier. Delivery time begins once the shipment has been dispatched.

Insured Shipping + Priority Processing

Priority Express Shipping

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 5–9 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details, where available.

Tracking updates may take a short period to appear after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

We are unable to deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Locations where delivery services are limited or unavailable

If a delivery cannot be completed based on the address provided, we will contact you using your order details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information submitted during checkout.

Shipping Protection

Orders placed with Insured Shipping + Priority Processing or Priority Express Shipping include shipping protection coverage.

This coverage is applied in accordance with our internal review process and the carrier’s investigation procedures where applicable.
